Day 20 Hangin On


Day 20 Hangin On

On Day 20 of the 30 in 30 challenge I am just hangin on
and so are the coconuts in this palm tree.

I took this photo in Naples, FL several years ago and it was very windy and I remember when I took the photo, I was afraid a coconut was going to fall on my head.

There is a lot more differentiation between the water and the sky in the actual painting.
The sky is more light blue and the water has more tourqoise in it..

When I showed this to my husband Jim, he said, "boy you are ready for a vacation".
cause I've painted beach scenes for 4 days now.

and YES, I am ready for a vacation.
