Painting on Both Sides of The River

What Fun Ladies To Paint With

I recently painted with 2 ladies that were so much fun and I enjoyed their company so much.

I hope we paint together again soon.

On the Indiana side I painted with Marie.

We had a great class, talk, visit,

whatever you'd like to call it.

We had a great time painting these

2 cats sitting in the moonlight.

Then I headed to the Kentucky side of the river

 to paint with Georgia.

She also painted the cats in the moonlight.

Georgia and I found we had very many things in common

and she also did a super job on her cats.

If you would like to attend a painting class, please follow me on Facebook at Painting With Acrylics 101.

I have a free Facebook group, Bucket List Artists, that was created for that person who always wanted to learn to paint or draw, but life got in the way.

Private Party - Boy That Was Fun!!!

 I Do Private Parties

Recently I was asked to teach a painting class at an invitation only event at Eagle Creek Winery Tasting Room

in Warsaw, KY.

This group of women came ready to paint and have FUN!

We painted lighthouses.

Everyone made their lighthouse their own.

There was lots of giggling going on

as the lighthouses began to take shape.

This was one really fun bunch of painters.

I'm still laughing.

The winner of a painted slate shingle and an Eagle Creek towel with her loot.

This party was a blast.

If you would like to host your own painting party,

please email me at sharongraves@paintingwithacrylics101.com

And I can give you the lowdown on how it works.

I have a minimum of 5 participants if within 20 miles.

It goes up the further I have to travel.

You will need a venue that has enough room for your guests to be safely distanced and you will need to supply tables and chairs and

if you want refreshments for your guests.

I supply everything else.

Let's have a party!

If you're interested in online classes,

I've got you covered there also.

Visit my website for a full blown art course,

 Finally!

We Were Able to Paint.

I don't know if you all missed

being able to go to a painting class,

but I sure did.

Classes resumed at General Butler State Park

Saturday, October 17, 2020.

2020 sure has been a year!!!

The really good news for this class was

I just got new brushes and they are the first to use them.

This is me when I get new art supplies!

This is our subject.

And here is our class.

We had 10 super women in this class.

We had 3 mother-daughter combo's,

we had grandmas and nieces and friends.

Here's several short videos showing our process.

I thought I'd try something a little different

to get a photo of the group and

stay sort of socially distanced, so I made a video.

And then I took a quick photo.

Products From My Art

Pieces of My Art

I belong to Fine Art America

where you can buy prints of my art

as well as all sorts of items made from my art.

Click HERE to visit the site.

I decided I wanted to see the quality of the products

and besides, I needed a phone case.

Here's the video of me opening up the products I ordered.

This was so much fun.

Yes, I actually had a face mask made from one of my paintings.

It is very soft, well made and high quality.

I'm soooo fashionable!

This is a notebook I purchased on this site.

On all the products, the color was very true

and were very high quality.

These would make great gifts for the upcoming holidays.

Click HERE to go to my Fine Art America page.

Here's something else I ordered recently.

A new apron.

I ordered it on Amazon and I receive no commission on it.

In case you can't read it, it says:

I'm allowed to have

all the art supplies

I can hide.

I don't really hide them,

cause where could I possibly hide all this stuff?

But I thought it was way too cute to leave

in that great big Amazon warehouse.

Thanks for stopping by today,

and let's paint together real soon.
