I love vintage anything

and vintage wallpaper is no different.

I didn't start out painting vintage wallpaper,

but as I worked with these lovely pastel colors,

that's what came to my mind.

I love bright vibrant colors but I also love the calmness of monochromatic artwork, although I can't seem to attain it.

Not sure what that says about me?!?

Anyway, these pastel flowers may be as close as I get to quiet calmness in color.
