Eye Candy

Spring Scents

My husband Jim loves to cut flowers from the yard and bring them into the house for me.
I love receiving them.

He picked a beautiful bunch of spring flowers
the other day.

I knew I had to paint them and I have,
several times,
in several formats.

Here's one of them.

16" x 12" acrylic on a stretched canvas.
$200 + shipping.

Thanks for stopping by today.

I so appreciate it and enjoy reading your comments.

  1. Catching up and I am glad I did. This is so beautiful, Sharon. The color harmony is particularly springlike. Lucky you having Jim bring you freshly cut flowers.

  2. Thank you so much Julie, for stopping by and your kind remarks. He loves to raise flowers and loves to bring them inside. I'll soon have armloads of pink and white peonies. That flower on the right of this comment was painted from stargazer lilies he grows. No wonder I love these 6 months of the year.
