but once you get them down,

Knock yourself out!

Go for it!

Give it your best shot! 

Get in there and paint!

Use a brush,

Use a knife,

Use them both,

Paint on canvas,

Paint on paper,

Paint on a wall,

But do it.

Play at it,

Practice it,

Do it again.

And again,

And again.

And keep doing it.

Your style will emerge.

Emerge means a little at a time.

Not all at once.
